Guest at Brassy Apple – Save Our Summer!

You can find me over at Brassy Apple today for Megan’s S.O.S. (Save Our Summer) series! I’m sharing a tutorial to make a Picnic Placemat Tote.

Picnics definitely save the summer for my family, and kids love to have their own tote to carry their own dishes! The tote doubles as a placemat that can be machine washed.

Go HERE to check out my tutorial, and while you’re there, take a look at all the other great ideas that have been shared! Thanks for hosting such a fun series, Megan!

  7. The days of peeling your vegetables with a knife have been over since we have been blessed with the peeler.

Consider frying in peanut oil, canola oil or other oils that are low in the bad fat.
This can be a nifty little device that squeezes whole potatoes into perfectly cut fries which are instantly ready for frying.
