See Kate Sew Doll Fabric

See Kate Sew Doll Fabric Last month l I was able to help a with service project making fleece blankets for the Seattle Children’s Hospital Oncology Unit. It was a great event, and we were able to make and tie over 80 blankets for those precious kids! Along with making the blankets, we collected toys to donate as well. I knew I wanted to sew something special to donate, and the timing was perfect as Kate from See Kate Sew sent me some of her newly released Doll Fabric to play with!

My girls really loved the finished doll, but I was so proud that they were just as excited as I was to send it off (after Lola let me take some photos with it, of course ;)).

It only took a few hours from start to finish to make “Goldie”, and I love that there are a few different choices of dolls to make!

Kate also designed some fun prints to go along with the doll fabric, and I used the Pink Sprinkles to make Goldie’s skirt.
