How to make scrunchies

Between my girls and I, there’s always at least a couple of us wearing a scrunchie at almost all times. They’re perfect for everything from a top knot to a loose low pony tail. And I promise, once you learn how to make a scrunchie, you’ll be addicted!

They’re fun and fast to sew up, and you can make one for every outfit in your closet using your favorite fabric scraps! Throw on a DIY Be Kind T-shirt and you’re set.

Lola loves to wear her hair half back with a scrunchie lately, which got me thinking it would be cute to have a pile mini scrunchies around for hairstyles that aren’t pulling up quite as much hair as a regular scrunchie can hold.

  1. I have ordered the scrunchie minis but it keeps asking me to put in a credit card. Also takes me to a site I have not seen before.

    1. Hi Jenny, if you don’t have any for-purchase patterns in your cart, you shouldn’t be asked for any credit card info. Feel free to send me a screenshot (sewmuchado (@) gmail (dot) com) and I can help further!
