Card table playhouse done!

I finally finished Wyatt’s card table playhouse. I think I’m happy with how it turned out. I made one big mistake. As I thought I was getting close to finishing it, I thought to myself, “Wow, I haven’t had to use the seam ripper even once.” If you know me, you know that the seam ripper and I know each other well. So of course my thoughts jinxed myself and I had to rip out things left and right from that point on. I will post more pictures soon and some tips on making a card table playhouse when I feel like looking at camo again. The inside is more exciting than the outside.
Oh ya, and apparently Wyatt is scared to go inside. I’ve tried to get him to twice but he won’t go in. Hopefully he’ll decide that he likes it, maybe he just doesn’t want to ruin his Christmas surprise.
That is awesome! I’ll be looking out for your tips, I think Cohen will need one of these someday!
Abby, So so cute! I love that you put his name on it as well. Don’t worry, I am sure Wyatt will get over his fear soon enough. I mean, how could he not with such a cool fort!

i love it. thanks for the tips you gave me when i talked to you, i went and bought fabric that day and i am about half done mine. BTW, andy just saw it and said it was way cooler than the one i’m making, i’m not too surprized, mine isn’t too “boyish”.

Hi there– Found your site during a search for nursing cover tutorials and was impressed right away with the clear instructions, great picgtures, etc. So clicked to see your most recent posts and there it was, a folding table cover, one of the things on my to-do list.
Love what I’ve read so far–with my youngest pulling on my leg so I gotta go. But I’ll be back!
