Hello again.
Well, my in-laws just left this morning, and my parents had been visiting us just before that, and now unfortunately we’re all alone again. ย We had so much fun with all of them. ย I don’t know what Wyatt’s gonna do without all the attention. ย Let’s just say that he napped for about 4 hours today! ย I think he was catching up after all the fun. ย This is a picture of the Baby Bjorn cover that I made a while ago. ย It’s just a simple slipcover with openings on the sides and bottom that can be taken off to be washed. ย We were in Williamsburg, VA that day. ย Polka dots really suit my dad, don’t ya think?
I also gave my mom her apron. ย Unfortunately the East Coast humidity was not kind to her natural curl (natural frizz, as she calls it), so she asked that I leave her head out of the picture. ย She makes a great model anyway though. ย Thanks Ada for noticing that the double eighth notes are upside down. ย I spent about 5 minutes looking at the fabric from every direction to make sure nothing was upside down, and of course still got it wrong. ย I told my mom I did it on purpose so that when she wears it she can look down at the apron and everything will be the right side up. ย She loves choir and music.
I gave my mother-in-law her apron too, and I also ended up making one for my father-in-law. ย It had fish on it and her’s was kind of like the brown one I made, with a few differences.
I love the bjorn cover. if only i had a baby bjorn i would make one!
The fabric i used for my diaper bag is Amy Butler. I’ve gone a little Amy Butler crazy the last couple months so you can probably tell. Her new line of fabric just came out, i’m so excited!

No, I really don’t, but I want to! I want to see some of your stuff too that you’ve been making. I think we were checking out each other’s blogs at exactly the same time, I was just about to comment on your’s! Can you believe you have a one year old? DId you have a party for him?
