Swedish Tracing Paper
I’m officially one step closer to becoming a pattern drafter/clothing designer/person with any ounce of creativity. ย I just ordered some Swedish Tracing Paper. ย I’m really excited. ย It’s basically for tracing patterns, pattern alterations, and pattern design. ย I was deciding between the STP and medical exam table paper (like the stuff on the tables at the doctor’s office that’s on a big roll), but I thought I’d try the STP first. ย You can sew on it which is good for drafting patterns, and it’s a bit wider than you can get with the exam table paper. ย And since I’ll have to wait for it to arrive, it’ll be good motivation to finish up some other projects that I’ve been putting off. ย This is what it looks like (no big surprises, it looks like tracing paper):

I can’t believe you say you hardly do any sewing stuff!! You are doing great! It took me 3 weeks to hem a pair of pants for my brother-in-law….I need to get on the ball!
Oh Jenn, maker of the best diaper bag ever, I don’t believe you! I wish I knew half of what you know about sewing.
